	Helmet shaped, swing-handled sugar basket on a large pedestal foot, beautifully engraved in typical Irish style, with festoons of leaves showing two vacant cartouches.

Condition :-Excellent, with clear marks underneath the foot.
Hallmarked :- Dublin 1805		.
Size :- 4.5 inches (11.4cm) high x 6.5 inches (16.5cm) long x 4.5 inches (11.4cm) wide

When not being used for sugar, this basket has many versatile uses. For example, it could hold after dinner chocolates, or grapes or cherries or whipped cream. It would make a very decorative flower vase so long as the water was changed frequently.
