These spoons have a simple elegance and balance which is typical of the quality of Scottish silver and yet they are not at all flimsy. It is not very often that one finds a full set of 12 such as these. The practice of numbering teaspoons is typically Scottish and must have made the butler's task of keeping track of teaspoons much easier.
