Family Crest Very elegant oval George I magnifying glass and unmarked silver case with suspension ring. The actual oval magnifying glass has a reeded unmarked silver border with a silver lug to pull the glass out of its case. Both sides of the case are plain with the exception of the surrounds to the screw which holds the magnifying glass in place and the edge beneath the suspension ring which are both elegantly decorated with applied acanthus leaves. Both sides are engraved with a family crest of a lion's head and torso rampant, looking right, and holding an arrow in his right hand. Beneath are the Victorian initials "R. J.".

Condition :-Excellent condition This magnifying glass has no hallmarks. The glass is in perfect condition
