Silver medal. Two shields, England and France, united: above, crown; below, H.M. in monogram, crowned, between olive branches.
Legend: "HENR.MAR.BORBON.D.G.MAG.BRIT.FRAN.ET.HIB.REG." (Henrietta Maria of Bourbon, by the grace of God, Queen of Great Britain, France and Ireland.) Reverse: A grove, where one tree overtops the rest; in the distance, sea with ships.
Legend: "SUPEREMINET.OMNES." The stops are decorated as roses. Exergue: N.B. for Nicholas Briot. "Medallic Illustrations", Vol.I, page 249/24.

This medal does not appear to have been struck for any particular occasion; it is purely a complementary memorial of the Queen. The medal is beautifully engraved and demonstrates once more Briot's artistry.
