Elegant pair of George III sterling silver salt spoons with
spade-shaped bowls. London, circa 1784 by William Cox III. The stems are in the
Old English pattern and the bowls are in a shaped, spade style. The hallmarks
consist of the maker's mark and the Lion Passant sterling mark and are very
crisply stamped at the base of the stems.
