Very decorative, Victorian sterling silver Queen's pattern
mustard spoon of generous size and very good gauge. The stem is decorated on
both sides in Queen's pattern and is very crisply defined. A family crest of a
goat's head and neck facing left is engraved at the end of the front of the
stem just below the shell. The bowl is an elongated oval shape. The typical
squirly shell is particularly well defined where the back of the stem meets the
bowl. The full hallmarks are stamped half-way down the back of the stem and are
crisp and clear. Maker :- John Whiting

throughout, with good clear hallmarks

The size of this mustard spoon makes it a very
versatile condiment spoon. The spoon's excellent condition and heavy weight
makes it an ideal gift. Also, the oval bowl and long stem make this spoon an
ideal gift for a small child and because of its weight, it would not come to
much harm if it was dropped.
