Pair of George IV silver melon shaped salt-cellars
Pair of George IV sterling silver melon shaped, fluted, salts with gilt interiors. The bowls are supported on similar, fluted, pedestal feet. Below the rim of each salt is engraved a family crest of a wild boar's head.

Condition :-Extremely good. The hall-marks, which are inside the foot of each salt, could not be better.

These are a pair of very attractive salt-cellars which have a very festive air about them because of their curved lines.
