Birmingham 1932.

Engraved: On his Silver Wedding to Lord Mowbray, Segrave & Stourton, M C Captain of No 1 Company 3rd Bn Grenadier Guards 1923-1928

This lighter of military interest has a very pleasing shape in the hand and was passed from smoker to smoker around the dining table. The lighter is so tactile it is surprising that it has survived in such good condition.

The silver is weighted in order to keep the lighter upright.

The full set of hallmarks are stamped on the base and are very clear.
